ON LINE BILL PAY INSTRUCTIONS:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING MERCHANTS:
Tip: You will need your bills in front of you to set up your merchant screens)
1) Log on to www.avantifcu.net with your Access ID and Password
2) Click on the Bill Pay tab
3) Click on the Merchant tab or Icon
4) Click on Add a Merchant
5) Add Merchant information as it appears on your billing statement (For contact name enter the word “Billing” or “Accounting” for phone #, enter the customer service # on your billing statement)
6) Click on Add Merchant
7) Confirm merchant information
8) Click on Continue
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING BILLS:
2 OPTIONS:
1) Click on Bill Pay
2) Enter “Pay To the Order” field from drop down box
3) Enter Payment Date
4) Enter Amount
5) Check if it is a recurring payment
6) Choose Alert Notification type
7) Click on Continue
8) Verify Payment information
9) Click on Authorize Payment
10) Payment request will be posted and you will receive a confirmation number
Or:
1) Click on Quick Pay
2) Choose the Merchant you wish to pay from the list
3) Fill in Payment Date
4) Fill in Amount
5) Choose Alert Notification type
6) Click on Schedule Payments
7) Click on Confirm Payments
8) Payment request will be posted
